Certifications
and Standards
MSA GRADED
Meat Standards Australia (MSA) is an independent quality system that accurately predicts eating quality for cuts of beef based on a complex series of factors. The MSA cut-based approach considers on-farm, processing, carcass attributes, ageing and cooking pathways, audited across the entire supply chain. King River beef is graded and processed at MSA-licensed facilities.
糧食餵養認證
以穀飼形式加工的牛肉符合一系列嚴格的標準,並附有清晰可追溯的文件。
The feedlot must be accredited with the National Feedlot Accreditation Scheme
(NFAS) and audited by AUS-MEAT
.
The minimum benchmark for Grain Fed certification is 100 days in the feedlot for Male cattle, meeting specific requirements in the energy and nutritional balance of the grain-based feed.
清真認證
Beef that is certified as Halal has met strict standards and auditing. These relate to processing with strict personal sanitation requirements in addition to manufacturing premises' hygiene practices.
Processing, shipping and
supply chain
加工
Our processing facilities are state-of-the-art, with strict quality assurance protocols for consistent and reliable products. The King River team is highly involved in processing to ensure the product is perfectly cut and handled with care. To add transparency, we provide customers with real-time production updates, including photos of the finished product the day it’s processed. All products are MSA-graded for independent quality assurance and packed in high-quality packaging that ensures the meat will arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping
Our business focuses heavily on efficient and reliable shipping and logistics partners, whether by air or sea. We personally oversee the whole process, including packing containers, export and import documentation (including Halal certificates, certificates of origin and health certificates) – anything that needs to be done to get a quality product to your plate.
We are committed to shipping our products chilled fresh, and never frozen. This ensures that the Wagyu retains its signature texture for the optimal eating experience. King River understands the specific requirements of each importing country, and our internal logistics team is available to our partners to give you confidence your Wagyu will be delivered how and when you need it.
Supply Chain
King River seamlessly adds value across the entire supply chain. Our Wagyu doesn't carry hidden supply chain costs, allowing us to maintain a competitive edge in the market. By comprehensively understanding the inputs of our entire operation, we can easily meet market demands.
Embracing a holistic and transparent approach to the supply chain, we empower our clients to track their product at any given time, providing a level of visibility and accountability that sets us apart in the industry.
Our Awards
Winning a Wagyu competition is a process that takes years, if not decades. An award-winning cut is always the product of genetics, care, nutrition and processing. For King River, winning awards is more than just nice for the display cabinet. Each award is a vote of confidence for our customers, showing that we prioritise what they value. Awards are also a tangible representation of everything our team achieves behind the scenes. Here is some of the recognition King River has received:
