Why buyers choose us
We work with distribution partners who share our long-term commitment to building the King River brand in their market, not just simply moving volume.
This way, our partner relationships weather geopolitical disruption, absorb market volatility, and deepen with every order.
THE KING RIVER COMPASS
EVERYTHING YOU NEED, WHEREVER YOU ARE.
King River provides full-service support for marketing our product and an online ordering platform with full traceability – and it’s all available in the King River Compass, our custom-built customer portal.
Transparent pricing is built on actual production costs, no surprises. And because we run the operation, we can even tell you how the pasture’s looking the impacts of the forecasted price of grain in three months.
We give our partners the tools to win: partnering to develop materials in your language, co-branded packaging and point-of-sale displays, and a comprehensive library of digital assets and product education. Campaigns are culturally tailored and ready to deploy in any market, so the King River name builds your competitive advantage, alongside ours.

THE KING RIVER ROOM
Epic journeys deserve a showcase, and ours is solid marble and seats eighteen guests. The King River Room is our private dining room at Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill in Brisbane, where chefs, partners and friends taste what two Australian families set out to create, cut by cut.
Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill has stood in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD by the Brisbane River since 2005, as one of Queensland’s most exclusive steakhouses. Enjoy an atmosphere of refined luxury that reflects the exceptional Wagyu on the table – the menu changes seasonally, so each bite is unforgettable.
MICHELIN PARTNERSHIP
King River is the Official Partner of the MICHELIN Guide’s launch in South Australia for 2027, supporting the first MICHELIN Guide destinations in Australia.
For more than 125 years, the MICHELIN Guide has led the world’s most discerning diners to its finest restaurants, and its debut in South Australia marks a defining moment for recognition of excellence in Australian cuisine.

Learn moreCONNECTING THE CULINARY FAMILY
House of King River is King River’s dedicated foodservice platform connecting with chefs and restaurants in Queensland through a shared commitment to serving exceptional Australian Wagyu.
It’s a two-way street. We learn even more precisely what those kitchens need. Trim, consistency, presentation, and the small details that separate good from faultless.
Our chefs and restaurants prepare and serve King River Wagyu in signature dishes that become famous.
As we learn, that invaluable knowledge travels back through the King River family right back to our breeding program, and shapes what we produce next.
